Roland James is probably best known for his ability to help people stop smoking. In fact, many of his patients are referred to him by doctors across the Gold Coast and as far as Brisbane.
He has also helped many with weight loss, bruxism (grinding teeth while sleeping), overcoming phobias, stress relief, managing addictions, getting a better night's sleep, overcoming exam nerves or fear of having an operation ... even golf swings!
