Q. How do I setup my email in MS Outlook?
A. Once you have set up the accounts/mailboxes as per the FAQ, you will need to set up the corresponding accounts in your email program such as Outlook to retrieve the emails.

In MS Outlook select the 'Tools' menu and then 'E-mail Accounts...';


Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click 'Next';


Select 'POP3' and click 'Next';


Enter Your Name (eg John Smith)
Enter Your E-mail Address (eg john@yoursite.com.au)
Enter Incoming mail server (POP3) as: yoursite.com.au (this is just the URL of your site without the www)
Enter Outgoing mail server (SMTP) as: mail.yourISP.com.au (this will be provided by your ISP)
Enter the User Name and Password - these are as per FAQ above; and


Click 'Next'.

Once your account has been setup, you can test it by sending yourself a test email.
