Q. How do I setup my email in Outlook Express? A. Once you have set up the accounts/mailboxes as per the FAQ above, you will need to set up the corresponding accounts in your email program such as Outlook Express to retrieve the emails.
In Outlook Express select the 'Tools' menu and then 'Accounts';

Select 'Add' > 'Mail'

Enter Your Name (eg John Smith)

Enter Your E-mail Address (eg john@yoursite.com.au)

Select the incoming mail server as 'POP3' Enter Incoming mail server (POP3) as: yoursite.com.au (this is just the URL of your site without the www) Enter Outgoing mail server (SMTP) as: mail.yourISP.com.au (this will be provided by your ISP)

Enter the User Name and Password; and Click 'Next'

Click 'Finish' then Close

Once your account has been setup, you can test it by sending yourself a test email.
