Working with images can be complex and we highly recommend letting the OzeClick designers to do most of such tasks. It will save you time, while achieving greater quality and higher download speed using such techniques as web optimisation (in Adobe Photoshop). If you're keen to have a go yourself here are some tips:

  • When you click on the 'Insert Image' button. This opens a pop-up window that allows you to either:
  1. Select an existing image on the server, preview and insert it; or
  2. Browse your hard drive and upload a new image (gif or jpg) to be inserted.

To insert an existing image on the server:
When the insert image window first pops up you will see a list of files in the centre, you can select any of these to see a preview. Once you find the file you want, simply click the file, and press "insert image".
  • Image Border
When inserting an image in Site Editor, you can select a suitable Image Border Colour. Preferably use one of the colours in the design of the header or logo and keep it consistent with all images inserted. Once your image is uploaded simply click the  next to border. Then click a colour, you will see a border appear around the image preview. Now press "insert image".
  • Aligning Photos
If you want the text on the page to wrap around the image, while at the same time aligning the image to either left or right of the page, use 'Align & Wrap Text'. Select 'Left' to align the image to the left of the page or 'Right' to align it to the right.

Tables can also be used to help layout photos.
  • Deleting a Photo off a page
Click on the photo you want to delete.  Then press "Delete" on your keyboard.
