At OzeClick our website design work is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not 100% happy with your website design we will do what we can to fulfil your expectations. However, if we are unable to do so and you choose not to proceed, you will not be invoiced for the website design.

Process and conditions:

1. On receipt of your online application we start by talking to your and putting together a design brief based on what you like.
2. Once we create the design, you have the option to make adjustments to it.
3. Once you are 100% happy with the design, with your approval, we proceed with the setup of your website.
4. If you are not 100% happy with the website design and choose not to proceed, we will not proceed with the setup of your website and you will not be invoiced for the website design. All website design work remains the property of OzeClick if you choose not to proceed. 
5. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the initial website design for new customers only. This Guarantee does not apply to the contents of your website.
