Shopping Cart FAQ
Q. How do I add a new product to my shopping cart?
- Log in to Site Editor & navigate to your products page.
- You will see a general layout template that we have already set up for your shopping cart.
- You need to right-click on the surrounding table (box with dotted outline) and select 'Copy'.
- Now left-click on the page where you want your new table to go, you should see your cursor flashing and press enter to give your table some room to be pasted.
- Right-Click in the space you have created and select 'Paste'
You have made an exact copy of an existing product; you can use this as a guide to layout the new product.
- So delete the old information, image, description etc… and put in the new text.
- Click where you want your product photo to go.
- Press 'insert image' button
- Press 'browse' and navigate to where the image is stored on your computer
- select it and press 'ok'
- Remove the '400' pixels. (This will stop Site Editor resizing your large image, leave it in if your image is too big.)
- Then select the ‘upload’ button.
- When the image is uploaded you will see a preview of it in the top right-hand corner, (The larger the original image the slower it uploads)
- Now tick the box 'Create Thumbnail'
- Beside this, is a box 200 pixels wide, This number represents how wide the image will be on the page.
- Press 'Insert Image'
- Now save the page
- Now we create the 'Add to Cart' button.
- Click on the page where you want the button to appear.
- Click the Shopping Cart button (
)
- Type in your Product Description, be descriptive include details such size & colour.
- Type in the price of your item
- Press Ok
- Save the page and exit
- Test adding the product to the shopping cart

Q. How to change a price in the shopping cart

Highlight the "Add to Cart" link

Click the Shopping Cart button (  )

Change the number next to price

Press ok

Don't forget to change the products price on the page as well.
Q. How can I accept payments online?
To accept payments online, our customers must have an account with a payment gateway of their choice. It needs to be a "Server Hosted" kind - one that is hosted with the other provider. Most banks have their own "Server Hosted" solution. Here are some of the ones we have already integrated for other clients:

Secure Forms (SSL Certificates)
SSL Certificates are not offered at OzeClick as it requires a unique IP address for the site and we have limited IP addresses.
Our security policy is that we don’t collect or store credit card details via our servers for any of the sites we host. We only do it via payment gateways for customer safety and security reasons.
